Tribute to Janika Balaž

 After February  foundation , association jet in June, 15-16. 2001. makes two humanitarian concert evening trying to collect money for  Janika Balaž’s monument.  We call those concerts “Tribute to Janika Balaž“. They happened at the sport yards of „Sokolski dom“ in Novi Sad. Willing to hit ours primary targets and keep Janika’s work and name in memories we invite musicians to contribute, and we successes. That success gave us more motive, strength and wish to go.

First evening was Tamburica’s evening with best domestic tamburica orchestra : “Mile Nikolić“ Tamburica orchestra (TO), “Saša Čeleketić” TO, AKUD “Sonja Marinković” TO, “ Nema pauze” TO, “Ima dana “ TO, “Prijatelji lepog Jovice” TO, “Debeli lad” TO, “Cumajle”TO, band “Zorule” & “Braća Šćitaroci”TO with Milan Prunić vocal solist.

Unforgettable  evening for all. Imagine musicians not playing for money, not for price, not for glory but for soul. Janika deserved that.

Second was evergreen, rock, pop and others music evening with best again:  “Apsolutno romantično”, Garavi sokak”, Love  hunters”, “Old tajmers bend”, Bata Nonin - bend”, Pero - deformero”, Milan Mutavdžić - Mutke, Toma Bahun - Fric, and  Đuka Jovanović.
